If you have been by the school in the month of February you will have noticed the Land is my Teacher Trailer parked at our school. This is a Division initiative that makes land based learning more accessible to students. Students were excited to learn about animals, story telling, and a few Indigenous games such as Double Ball! We welcomed knowledge keeper Judy Cook to support our learning and she spent two days connecting with each group of students to guide them through some learning. We are incredibly thankful to Living Sky School Division for providing this incredibly valuable resource trailer and to Judy for connecting with us and sharing her knowledge with our staff and students!
